WHAT A 1:1 guided strategy and creative direction session designed to uncover the soul of your brand. We’ll dive deep into your story, audience, visual identity, and brand goals — blending faith, strategy, and creativity to bring your vision into focus. You’ll walk away with: • A personalized Brand Clarity Roadmap (delivered post-session) • Strategic next steps to refine or launch your brand • Optional recommendations for custom design or content packages WHEN Available by appointment only, Monday–Saturday. You’ll receive a confirmation email, meeting link, and prep guide immediately after booking. WHERE Held virtually via Google Meet (link provided upon booking). Local South Florida clients may request an in-person session upon inquiry. WHY Because your brand is more than visuals — it’s the story you’ve been called to share. Policies
AMA Brands Booking & Payment Policy Every Creative Clarity Session and service at AMA Brands is prepared with care and intention. Please review our policies before booking: Payment & Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your session. Your card will not be charged at booking unless a deposit or prepayment is required. It is securely stored to confirm your appointment and protect against late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session will receive a full refund or reschedule credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $45 late-cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Changes made within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to the $45 fee. Early Bookings Sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Late Bookings Appointments must be made at least 23 hours before the scheduled start time to ensure preparation time. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your session and have not canceled or rescheduled within the allowed window, the session will be considered a no-show and a $45 fee will be charged to the card on file. Arrival Please join your session 5 minutes early to get settled. Sessions start promptly and cannot be extended for late arrivals. Communication All booking confirmations, reminders, and session links are automatically sent to the email address provided at booking. Please check your inbox and spam folders.
